HI, I’M TALYCIA!

I have gathered a wealth of experience in tackling societally sticky conversations amongst varied audiences over the past eight years. I have supported a number of companies across all sectors to implement strategies that help people feel happier at work.

During my time as Programme Manager at Bloody Good Employers; Bloody Good Period’s social enterprise, I led workplace education on period care. Following the closure of Bloody Good Period, I decided to take inventory of everything I’ve learnt over the past 8 years and figure out how I can best utilise my skills and knowledge to make workplaces better.

I am determined to break down barriers and eradicate feelings of shame and stigma to uncover the joy behind leading a cohesive team. As a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Speaker & Consultant I have championed the needs of people of colour, the LGBTQ+ community and neurodivergent people, and continue to do so every day!

I bolster my work experience with my lived understanding of being a South Asian woman with ADHD, which allows me to highlight how vital it is for minoritised voices to be heard in all spaces. Unfortunately, I know all too well the consequences of a lack of diversity.

At the crux of my practice is shedding light on the value of processes and principles that take into account our intersectional needs as human beings.
