RECENT WORK

I supported Oatly throughout 2024-2025 by creating and delivering a bespoke training programme to educate the staff team on measures to encourage menstrual equity at work.

STONEWALL YOUNG LEADERS PROGRAMME

I co-created and attended the Stonewall Young Leaders Programme in the summer of 2024. This was a 3-day immersive training event to support young LGBTQ+ professionals across a wide range of sectors to develop leadership skills.

PARAMOUNT

I sat on the Women+ Network panel at Paramount HQ on International Women’s Day 2025 to highlight the importance of holistic approaches to menstrual health provision can have in the office.

“What stood out most was Talycia’s ability to engage every audience. She encouraged open discussion and created a safe space for people to ask questions and share their thoughts.”

— Tasnim Islam, Social Media Executive @ Student Castle

“We were delighted to work with Talycia as our EDI Consultant to deliver a series of talks in recognition of International Women’s Day, and the experience was incredibly positive for our teams.

In a very short timeframe – just one week – Talycia created and delivered three tailored sessions for different groups across our organisation. Each talk was thoughtfully designed to reflect the realities of the audience, which made the sessions feel highly relevant and engaging.

For our site teams, Talycia focused on situations they may encounter while supporting residents on a daily basis, helping colleagues feel more confident recognising and responding to sensitive issues. She also delivered a session for students and international students, acknowledging that many may be living away from home and navigating new environments, while raising awareness of challenges they might face when out socially or at university. Finally, the head office session explored more corporate themes, including workplace culture, allyship and broader discussions around women’s experiences in professional environments.

What stood out most was Talycia’s ability to engage every audience. She encouraged open discussion and created a safe space for people to ask questions and share their thoughts. During the head office session in particular, conversations continued well after the workshop had officially ended, which was fantastic to see and showed how much the information resonated with colleagues.

Following the sessions, Talycia also shared helpful resources and further information, ensuring teams had access to ongoing support and learning.

The feedback from colleagues has been overwhelmingly positive. Many people reached out to say how much they enjoyed the talks, how valuable it felt to have these conversations, and how interesting they found the research and insights that were shared. Several colleagues also commented that the sessions helped them feel seen and represented, which was incredibly meaningful.

We’re very grateful to Talycia for the energy, care and expertise she brought to these sessions, and for helping us create such impactful conversations across the organisation.”

FEEDBACK

Talycia delivered training sessions on menstrual health at Oatly UK across 2024 and 2025, and they were genuinely excellent. Her delivery was clear and engaging, and she created a space where people felt comfortable asking questions and learning without judgement.

The content was informative, practical, and full of useful takeaways. She also helped us make a real difference to our culture, especially around openness and reducing shame when it came to periods at work. Talycia has a rare ability to take a topic that’s often misunderstood or avoided and make it feel approachable, relevant, and very human.

What stood out most was the response across the business. These were some of the best attended training sessions we ran at Oatly, which says a lot about both the relevance of the topic and the way Talycia delivered it.

I’d wholeheartedly recommend Talycia to any organisation looking for inclusive, impactful training that truly lands.Talycia delivered training sessions on menstrual health at Oatly UK across 2024 and 2025, and they were genuinely excellent. INCLUSIVE COMPANIES

Talycia delivered an outstanding change‑management webinar for Inclusive Companies earlier this year, bringing a fresh perspective and genuinely actionable insights. Her approach was relatable, digestible, and grounded in real world experience, which resonated strongly with our members and received incredible feedback. As our first webinar of 2026, it set the tone for the year brilliantly. We couldn’t have chosen a better speaker.
